How do I return an item?
Return and Refund Policy
At Adore A Child our goal is to ensure your utmost satisfaction. If for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with a product you may return it within 15 days from the original shipping date.If your item was damaged in shipping, please notify us immediately so that we can file a claim with the shipper. If you have received the wrong item in error, please contact us immediately so that we can replace it with the correct item.
Please read all conditions below, if any of the conditions are not met Adore A Child has the right to refuse the return.
●Returns must be made within 15 days from the original shipping date.
●In order to return an item, you first must obtain an Return Merchandise Authorization # (RMA). To receive an RMA #, call our customer service at 1-866-438-5013 or email us at email@example.com
●RMA # must be written CLEARLY on the outer box.
●Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package.
●Please enclose a copy of your receipt that you received with your shipment and specify the reason for the return.
●Items must be UNUSED/UNOPENED and in their ORIGINAL packaging and must include all packing material, manuals and all accessories.
●All returns must be shipped prepaid. We cannot accept any COD packages. We cannot be responsible for any items lost or damaged in returned shipping. Insuring return packages is your responsibility.
●No returns on items discounted for final sale.
●Your original method of payment, excluding gift wrap and shipping and handling fee charges, will be refunded.
● If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.
●Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
●Items shipped Free will be charged actual shipping costs if returned.
●Adore A child is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.

Items returned by the carrier as ‘undeliverable’ or ‘refused’ will be handled the same as a return order and are subjected to the same fees and charges as well as any return shipping fees. Once an item is returned by the carrier as ‘undeliverable’ or ‘refused’ it will not be reshipped.
